Worcester Bank House Hotel Spa & Golf; BW Premier Collection

The dinner was really tasty - I just had the starter BBQ pork belly with a side of fries as not really hungry but the pork was amazing! And the pianist was a lovely touch. The room was a decent size and comfortable. On my visit the ladies' changing room had flooded but spa staff were really good at offering other options (e.g. wearing robe back to my room to dress there after my swim)

On arrival we were informed that the Restaurant menu was 'the same as the bar menu' which was not that inspiring. However, on dining in the Garden Room we were informed of 'Chefs Specials' menu. The food from this menu was absolutely wonderful - well up to Michelin star standard - and we we spoke to Executive Chef Rajesh who is obviously very talented. All of the restaurant staff were delightful and very attentive on both nights we dined. The piano playing was an added bonus. Excellent evenings. Our room was very spacious, clean, with a brilliant rain shower and comfy bed.

Every person within the hotel was incredibly kind, helpful and polite. The spa was amazing, the food was fantastic - we had breakfast, lunch and dinner and everything even the cocktails were brilliant. The hotel itself was beautiful, the superior room we stayed in was huge and the bath was a bonus. We had a really nice stay. Mark the manager was really considerate and helped us with a private matter, we couldn't have felt more at ease and he checked in on us throughout our stay so for this I want to say thank you! We will be returning in the future so we can explore the area more!

The best feature for us was the spa but I couldn’t fault the hotel at all. All staff were very friendly, everywhere was very clean. Check-in was smooth and the receptionist even let us in an hour early which was great. We headed to the spa where we had complimentary towel, gown and sandals hire and then to the pool side with a beer, followed by a dip in the jacuzzi where the spa staff brought us another drink to have while we were in there! Sauna and Steam room were perfect and the tropical shower was great. Changing facilities were clean and there was a powerful hair dryer and really nice branded facial cleaners and moisturisers as well as shampoo and conditioner. We had the standard room and it was plenty big enough, we stay at a lot of hotels and this was far biggest than most standards, VERY CLEAN. Tv worked fine and good tea/coffee facilities. Breakfast was lovely, full English and continental and staff were friendly, again very clean! 10 minute drive to Worcester Christmas markets and shops. Cheap petrol station opposite and farm shop with cafe and small local businesses. Free parking on site. We can’t wait to return!!!

The breakfast selection was exceptional, as were all of the staff I encountered at the Hotel. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfy. The room was a good size and also comfy.
